  • Low MOQ, samples in 3 days
  • Sample-based orders and OEM/ODM

The final effect of custom products is subject to sample confirmation. We recommend that customers confirm samples before bulk production.

4. Orders & Inquiries

All order confirmations are subject to a signed contract or proforma invoice. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All product prices are subject to our official quotation
  • Payment methods include bank transfer (T/T), Alipay, and other methods mutually agreed upon
  • Payment terms for custom products are subject to the signed contract
  • All quotations are subject to change without notice, but prices will remain fixed after order confirmation

6. Production & Delivery

  • Production lead times for custom products are subject to the contract
  • Standard delivery time is 15-30 days after order confirmation, subject to the contract
  • Delivery address is based on the shipping address you provide
  • We support dropshipping and overseas warehouse services
  • We are not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, wars, government actions)

7. Shipping & Risk Transfer

  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier
  • We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect your goods
  • If goods are damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom products (including those with printing, logos, and personalized size adjustments) are not eligible for return due to non-quality issues
  • If products have quality defects (e.g., fabric damage, severe printing flaws), please contact us within 7 days of receipt
  • We will arrange replacement or refund after verification
  • Return policies for non-custom products are subject to the specific order contract

9. Quality Assurance
